Lawn Cleaning & Maintenance
in Cape Coral, Florida

We don’t simply prevent.
We protect.

Because your lawn deserves better than best.

Put down the garden hose.

Sure, it washes out a lot of grime, benefiting your curb appeal — to an extent. But it doesn’t beat a professional power washer. Blowing services, too? That comes with the territory in maintaining your gutters and crevices, plus debris removal.

The benefit? Better curb appeal, obviously. But that’s not all.

  • Preventing further damage to your house
  • Saving you tons more money in repairs
  • Plus saving you a lot of time and energy
  • Did we mention it’s a lot safer that we’re doing it for you?

Plus you get plenty of ROI, increasing the value of your home, not to mention the biggest thing of all — longevity, and surfaces primed for protection!

At its basic level, yes — we’re simply using a pressurized power washer, we’re picking up debris, we’re climbing ladders to blow out all the junk that’s in your gutters and everywhere else.

But when you look at the enormity of it all…. We’re keeping your home everything it needs to be for years to come.

You can’t put a price on that.

What is power washing and why is it important?

Pressurized power washing takes a home water faucet at 40-60 psi (pound-force per square inch) to a washer that can blast mud, dust, dirt, grime, loose paint, algae and all other nasties off your surfaces at pressures anywhere between 750 to 30K psi.

In short, you’re cleaning your surfaces way faster. Not to mention the jets of water get into all those tight nooks and crannies hoses or scrubs can’t get into.

But power washing does more than speed up the cleaning process for siding, decks, driveways and more —

It prevents damage as well. How? Corrosion. All that grime and moss and mold over time will cause that, so if you’re not getting it all off your surfaces in record time with a professional power washer, you’re racking up repair costs.

Hence power washing saves you money. And, of course, time, energy, health and well-being (after all, where do you think bacteria and other viral calamities love to live in?).

Why can't I use a power washer myself?

It’s a valid question with an equally valid answer: reducing injury, access to top equipment and best practices.

How long does it take to pressure wash a house?

Anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on property size. Much larger houses can take up to 3 hours.

Can power washing remove other things -- like rust?

Very possibly, yes. But seek a professional first. Power washing can even remove mold and oil stains!
